What is the solution called that you mix with the water when filling up a waterbed? - waterbeds and stuff
what I am seeking is a fluid that mixes with water so that it does not oxidize (?) and making vinyl mattresses red. no idea where to find?

You'll find it in a room, or in any store waterbed. You probably have at Wal-Mart, Kmart, etc.
